For the Service Call  (pricing above), we send a technician to your house.  He will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.  

He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (Additional PARTS+ LABOR) if you choose to fix it.  Most repairs can be done the same day if it is a common part.  

If we have to order a special part and return, you do not get charged another service call.

Technician bio-

Josh (our head technician) has been repairing appliances in the region since 2003.  The majority of that time was in Basking Ridge, Bernardsville, Bedminster, Bridgewater, Far Hills, Peapack / Gladstone and the surrounding areas.  He has helped many thousands of your neighbors with their appliance problems, and has developed a strong, loyal following based on his hard work, knowledge and professionalism.

Prior to appliance repair, Josh worked as a computer technician at Berkeley College until he decided to get out of the corporate office environment.  Earlier in his life, Josh spent 4 years in the U.S. Army as a Medic & EMT.
